The conference “Autumn school for young neurologists” was held not many days ago, organized by Via Medica, under the patronage of the Main Council of the Polish Neurological Society, which involved the Section of young neurologists of the Polish Neurological Society.

A success confirmed by the enthusiasm expressed by the neurology residents, who expressed positive considerations on the online event.

More than 100 people participated in each of the two days (8 and 9 September), in particular the conference chose to address: doctors undergoing specialization in neurology, neurosurgery and related sciences, as well as specialists in these fields.

Among the objectives of drawing attention and raising awareness among younger professionals on various topics, such as the deterioration of mental integrity, let’s think about dementia.

Harpo, as a meeting partner, presented the eSticky project. The eSticky devices were handled and studied by those present who had the opportunity to interface with the device system and therefore assimilate its functioning. We remind you that eSticky has created a device, better known as a digital post-it, which helps elderly people remember their commitments and small daily appointments. A network of graphic displays assist the user by showing important information such as: scheduled events, medication reminders and nutritional recommendations. The aim of the project is to support people with memory problems, so that they maintain their independence in life.
